How we can help
Everyday situations families come to us with. We’ll work out the details with you.
Help around the house
Tidying up, light cleaning and laundry, so home stays comfortable.
Cooking and meals
Planning and cooking fresh meals together — the way you like them.
Groceries and errands
The weekly shopping, the post office and other errands — done for you or together.
Companionship
Conversation, walks, reading aloud or a game of cards: good time spent together.
Going places together
Someone to come along to appointments, on errands or on outings, so nobody has to go alone.
Rides
Rides need separate confirmation of a suitable partner, required permissions, insurance and vehicle before we can agree to them.
Not included: personal or nursing care, medical services and emergency response. What we don’t offer
How it works
Four steps — and every decision stays with you.
Send your request
Create an account, confirm your email and tell us what kind of help you need — for yourself or a family member.
We talk it through
Our team reviews your request and reaches out the way you prefer to go over any open questions.
You get a proposal
With the tasks, schedule and price. If we can’t help where you live, we’ll tell you plainly.
You decide
Nothing is arranged until you explicitly accept the proposal. Until then, there’s no cost.
What affects the price
We don’t publish flat rates, because every situation is different. You’ll see your price in the proposal — before you decide anything.
Sending a request is free.

Where we’re starting

For individuals and families in Germany. We check availability for your postal code.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on the tasks, frequency, hours, location and any driving. You’ll get an individual price in your proposal before anything is arranged. Sending a request is free. We don’t bill Medicare, Medicaid or long-term care insurance.
How soon will I hear back?
We review every request personally and contact you the way you prefer. We can’t promise a fixed response time, but you can follow the status in your account. Requests still marked Received or In review close automatically 14 days after submission, including if our team has not contacted you. This does not mean you failed to reply. You can email us or send a new request.
Can I request help for a parent or another family member?
Yes. Choose “For someone else” in the form. You stay the contact person. We don’t need the other person’s name, address or health information for the request — anything else, we’ll discuss with you directly.
Who will come — and do I get a say?
Help is provided by local partners: companies or independent helpers. Add preferences like language, time of day or a driver’s license to your request. We’ll go over who could help before you accept anything.
What happens after I send my request?
Your request shows up in your account right away with the status “Received.” We review it, follow up with any questions and send you a proposal. Nothing is booked or charged along the way.
What don’t you offer?
Personal or nursing care, medical services and emergency response. We do not currently offer help with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating or transfers, or overnight, 24-hour or live-in care. We discuss tasks, schedules and any rides only within our offered services. In an emergency, call 911 (112 in Europe).
Why do I need an account?
So only you can see your request and its status. All you need is an email address and a password — no app.
Am I committing to anything?
No. A request isn’t a booking. Nothing is binding until you explicitly accept a proposal.
Do you provide help at home?
Companies and independent professionals can apply to work with us as partners and coordinators. We review every application individually.
Tell us what you need.
It’s free, and you’re not committing to anything.
