Requests are reviewed individually. Availability, bookings and payment are not confirmed by submitting a request.

How we use your information

HELPERG LLC uses your account and request details to review and respond to your enquiry. Use only your own details. Do not submit information about another person, health details or a home address. Closed requests are deleted after 30 days. Requests still marked Received or In review close automatically 14 days after submission, including if our team has not contacted you. This does not mean you failed to reply. Unverified accounts expire after 7 days; inactive customer accounts without open requests after 12 months. Contact: care@gmedac.com.
