What information GMedAC Care uses, how long it’s kept and how to reach us.
How we use your information
HELPERG LLC uses your account and request details to review and respond to your enquiry. Use only your own details. Do not submit information about another person, health details or a home address. Closed requests are deleted after 30 days. Requests still marked Received or In review close automatically 14 days after submission, including if our team has not contacted you. This does not mean you failed to reply. Unverified accounts expire after 7 days; inactive customer accounts without open requests after 12 months. Contact: care@gmedac.com.
Access, correction and deletion
For access, correction or deletion of your data, contact care@gmedac.com. Necessary hosting and email providers process account messages; infrastructure backups and mailbox copies have separate retention. No service contract or payment is created here.
About these notices
This page describes how GMedAC Care handles information today. It isn’t a set of service terms: you’ll receive the terms for any service with your proposal, before you accept. No consent is requested or recorded here.

What we don’t offer
- Personal care, nursing care or medical services.
- Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating or transfers. A discussion does not make these services available through our current offer. No overnight, 24-hour or live-in care.
- Emergency response — in an emergency, call 911 (112 in Europe).
- Firm commitments on availability or scheduling before we’ve reviewed your request.
